  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Underwear, socks, and personal care items for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items

3. Return Process

  • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
  • Shipping Returns: Once you receive an RA number, package the items securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Returns should be shipped to:

4. Refunds

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the item and place a new order for the desired item.
